What's up people! My name is Jaipal and I'm here to bring you my knowledge on every team in the NBA. Today is special as I've decided to post two things, one on my team and one on the Milwaukee Bucks below. I've noticed that I've been dropping and I know the reason. But hopefully I can appeal to your better nature and we can all be friends again.
Anyways, now what can I say about my team. The Houston Rockets are a force to be reckoned with if you are the Milwaukee Bucks or any other team in the NBA that didn't make the playoffs. For the Thunder, we're just easy pickings. Let's start off with the starting lineup: James Harden, Jeremy Lin, Greg Smith, Chandler Parsons, and the worst center in the NBA, Omar Asik. Who should I start talking about first. Jeremy Lin is an amazing point guard. Originally drafted by the New York Knicks, this dude has been dishing out assists left and right, just like a point guard ought to do. He should've joined the NBA sooner, but due to his being Asian-American, he was never able to join earlier. When he joined the Knicks, a new word was created. Linsanity! Clever, I know. During the offseason after they lost to the Heat in the playoffs, the Rockets decided to offer Lin money to come join them. The Knicks rebutted with another offer, but the Rockets eventually won Lin over as New York was reluctant to match their offer. This has been extremely beneficial to the Rockets as they actually made the playoffs this year. Now let's move on to the bearded beast (an assonance: a grammar term taught in English class; look it up if you don't know what it means). James Harden is my favorite player in the entire league, and I have my reasons. He originally stuck out to me because of his beard back when he played for the Thunder. Now he plays for Houston and has become their leading scorer. He's extremely at making open lanes for him to drive into and he can dish out passes. But there's another vital component of the Rockets' offense. Chandler Parsons is the best power forward shooter after Carmelo Anthony (LeBron James is a small forward; Udonis Haslem is power forward). He is extremely clutch. Greg Smith is there and all, but he's definitely better than Omar Asik. I hate the guy. He screwed up they Bulls, and now he's screwing up my team! I really hope that they look for a guy with size who can score in the draft. The best replacement shooter I can think of would be Juvonte Reddic, the center for Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Now this is a guy I would enjoy having on my team. Notable bench players would be Carlos Delfino and Beverley (back-up point guard). These dudes are shooters, no doubt about it. I really wish I could tell you more, but I don't want to bore you guys. See ya next time! (that's tomorrow, hopefully).
